As many have said before.......RV= cheesy quality.

First problem in ten years with an RV (a structure best described as "an earthquake on wheels") is doin' a whole lot better than "cheesy", in my opinion. Sounds like you bought a winner, O.P.!
And from one Wife to another, an important question:
Have you figured out how to make this sink catastrophe Hubby's fault yet? ;)
My 2004 trail cruiser has only had one issue... the aluminum neutral block loosened over time and I had a small electrical fire in the panel. I cut the burnt ends off the neutral and replaced the aluminum block... now it's good as new.
I have done ZERO maintenance to this trailer otherwise... original tires that need replacement now, and the AC finally stopped working at the end of this camping season. Trailer otherwise functions and looks good as new (sun fade on the outside)
What sort of maintenance should be done to a trailer? Inspections and greasing hubs aside, since I do inspect the whole unit often anyway.
