K&N Air Filter?
I am thinking of getting a K&N cold air kit for my 2007 Chev 2500HD 6.0L gas. I would like to here from those that have used them or any issues with these filters. Thanks

My 3.9L diesel at 35 lbs of boost will intake the same amount of air as a NA 13L gas engine at WOT. I keep my vehicles for a long time and if I believed the filters were detrimental to the engines, I wouldn't run them. If someone is getting dirt past the filter, I'd guess it was either installed wrong or the filter element was damaged.
