K&N
Who has replaced their stock air filter with a K&N? Are they really better? Improve performance, gas mileage, etc.

I realize there are many K&N huggers who fully believe in it's "value" but from my own personal experience it is all bs and marketing doublespeak hype..
Waste your money, I really don't care if you do.. But for me, never, ever, ever again on a K&N or any other non factory filter..
Kinda' harsh there with your hugger comment about others that have had a different experience than you.
And oh yeah.... I sure didn't waste my money on the K&N I mentioned above.
But it is good that you can answer the OP question..... with your experience with the product.
