Kudos on good service!
Kudos to Dometic who sent a mobile RV tech to perform the 2013 awning motor recall that affects all brands of RVs due to possible deploy issues while traveling. I initially called Jayco who told me I needed to go to a dealer, get approval, wait for part, then have it installed... What a joke!!! I called Dometic directly and they shipped part, made appointment, and had part installed at my seasonal site in under a week and a half!!
