much confusion is generated because the apparent rules of/for use in Europe are easily available on the internet but are different from the rules of use for the US markets…
people read these different things for euro use and wrongly apply them to US use…
a tire manufacture quoted me a policy about euro tire use… almost immediately followed up with a phone call back stepping from the information they gave… the phone call was then follower with a E-mail to the to the warranty dept. saying to send the policy designed for American consumption, which was a complete reversal, to the information in their first E-mail…
