To keep the battery charged, you will have to be plugged in with shore power, use a charger, have solar power, or disconnect the battery. There are parasitic drains that will kill a battery in a matter of days. If you plug in to a house receptacle, the most you are gonna get is 20 amps. So, no, it won't run everything. Even if you are plugged in to a 30 amp outlet, you probably can't run the AC and the microwave simultaneously. You should be able to charge the battery by just plugging in with an adapter. Make sure the battery has enough water in it. The power center should have a converter/charger in it. You should have gotten a user manual from the dealer. It might be advisable for you to do some driveway camping before going to a campground.
