If the battery is nearly full, the fridge, once running on gas, uses very little. You should easily have enough juice to last the night, but I have heard that RV fridges cool faster on 110v than on gas. I have always been plugged in for cooling and then used gas during traveling.
You should probably get an adapter ASAP as you will need it going forward anyway.
