Don't even bother trying to do the flares, its a special double flare, any auto parts store will have premade lengths of brake line, a trailer supply place that has parts for boat trailers will have a brake line kit. Looking at the last picture, you need to drop the tee down to the side of the axle, then replace the lines from the tee to the brakes, running those lines on the side of the axle so they won't get pinched and bleed the brakes. Part of the reason your existing brake lines have the curley ques in them is they probably used premade brake lines and used the curley ques to take up the slack in the line.
