Where are you going "bigger" from a crew cab dually?
Campers that size are generally going to weigh between 5000 and 6000lbs loaded and ready to camp. If the weight is setting off your angina, the only alternative is a smaller camper.
The truck can be made to carry the load, for sure. You'll probably want airbags and/or stableloads and/or helper springs, a big sway bar, Rancho or Billstein shocks... You know, all the goodies.
