My wife & I were wanting a full sized queen bed (not an RV queen) & one we could walk around. We wanted it to be on the small size as well.
We found what we wanted in a Lance 1985. The full sized queen bed is just what we wanted & can be accessed from both sides; another want fullfilled. Being somewhat lighter than other rigs, we looked at, we can easily tow it with our Ford F-150.
We are very happy with our Lance. Very well made, good workmanship & the company has been easy to work with, get advise & help.
The first Lance TT was a 1575, but we didn't care for the Euro-styled poly-carbonate Windows, nor the tankless water heater. The 1685 would not have these, but is a little larger.
Specs 1685Specs 1575The 1685 has two axles, not just one like the 1575 as well. We like having a second one.
We checked a couple of dealers checking on a lowest price & receive good offers. We bough our in Tucson at Lazydays RV. They have one in Tampa as well.
