We just purchased a 2015 Lance 850. Neither the salesperson nor the service department knew how to convert the dinette to a bed. The cushions did not line up and there was no support for the cushion...

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The Lance manual is generic and doesn't address the specific dinette that is on the 850. The table is a "stand alone" table, not attached to the wall of the camper. The table is wider than the space and supporting braces. I believe there may be a part missing so I am hoping that it will be solved when we pick it up this Saturday.
This is our third Lance we have purchased over the last 15 years. My biggest issue with the Lance is that the manuals have been generic and do not contain information about specific details of each of its truck campers.
