Well, what do you think of all the Rube Goldberg ideas and fixes?
If you were an insurance investigator/adjuster how would you see each of these solutioms?
If you were called to testify before a court and jury as a electrical engineering expert what would you be saying about each of these fix's?
What do you think that would happen if you were a juror?
Who do you think is at fault after modifications?
I think that the manufacturer is at fault before any modifications.... but if you make changes the manufacturer will get out of it.
I personally think that the only safe solution that would stand up in court or from an insurance company investigator/adjuster for the camper owner is to use AGM batteries and do nothing else.
(The use of AGM batteries will not change the way the system functions but would solve the problem of hydrogen gas explosion with out system altering modifications.)
