I would think future buyers would have more pull with Lance than previous buyers like myself. Sure, I could complain (more than I already have) to Lance but they already have MY money. It's YOUR money they want and until they get it, they should be all ears to a buyer's concerns.
If I were in the market today for a new camper and knowing what I know from reading on-line here, I'd be down at the show room giving 'em an earful. In fact, I just may attend the next RV show Lance's are offered and go through the issues I know about and get their response. That is if Lance even has reps at the shows and not just dealers.
