Experience speaking here: I had a DieHard Platinum AGM completely discharge and my expensive battery charger would not charge the battery. (Actually came with my son's TC and was BSN when we acquired the TC).
I carried it back to Sears for adjustment seeing it comes with a very nice multiple year full replacement warranty.
I was required to allow Sears to attempt to charge the battery with their sophisticated charging equipment.
After a few hours, I picked the battery up and attached it to my charger. My charger showed the battery at only 80% charge state. I was able to charge it all the way to 100% and it has been giving reliable service ever since.
