Hello I am a newbie here.Got a question.Today we bought a 2009 lance 1181.The remote for the jacks is very intermittent.put a new battery in the remote...didn't help.It would go up a little then ...

Check the antenna for the wireless in the TC it should be in with all the other electrical stuff under the cabover step. make sure it is straight and all the the connections are solid. Also make sure the contacts on the remote activation switch inside the door are clean and tight. sometimes you have to move about the outside of the camper to find that spot with the best signal until you get in there and clean things up.
