PO did some additional sealing, but the delamination is pretty common, so make sure knowledgeable person will inspect it.
If it has metal siding - inspection will require more skills.
In 2005 metal was in some, but not all and not this one. There is part of me that would really like a metal frame from a rot perspective. But, I'm trying to staying in a budget as well. Our current camper is a 1995 and is doing well, but I wouldn't mind something a bit newer and with an easier add for AC.
This one has the 4 season package, it's 10 years newer, north south bed and a wet bath. All things that add value. And, it's not priced silly like so many. Priced at $8500, but I think I could get it closer to $6750.
