It’s a strange market right now as you probably know. It’s how much it is worth to you vs not being able to find one at all. 2500 is both a lot and a little. New loaded TCs push 60K now.
If you want it, get closer to the asking price. One thing to keep in mind is how many similar TCs are out there to buy in good shape.
We have one already. This one is nice. Next year the prices will be normal again so I'm thinking 7500 is probably a personal high point for me.
Not sure how accurate nada is.
It is my understanding that NADA is based on sales from dealer lots, likely items taken in trade and marketed up accordingly.
Considering the prices of new ones, I'd think finding ANYTHING in good shape for $10K or less would be a good deal. A few years ago I went used camper shopping with a friend of mine. Campers are very popular where I live and there were a lot of them on the market to look at.
We looked at dozens of campers that were listed for more than $10K that were junk. Granted I bought my first camper (8.6 Fleetwood Elkhorn hard side) in 2000 new off the lot for $14K, in 2014 I spent $40K on a NorthernLite 9.6 new off the lot.

It's a good point that condition and care is just about the most important part. I'll be coming up in my offer. I also have to decide how much I want to spend overall.
