Hard to say without seeing this unloaded, but it looks like the rear is squatting and it's taking weight off the steering wheels...a dangerous situation. That means the Lance isn't providing enough counterweight.
I like the idea of a porch, though. With a light enough trailer (and probably a longer wheelbase), it could be pretty cool.
