I also rebuilt our rear skirts but not a Lance, its an a Elkhorn.
Thread on our effort to fix. Hopefully yours will be simpler. One of those put -off projects that only gets worse if not addressed. Its a probalmatic area for about all truck campers. Many have tackled.
