Just wanted to take a minute and thank you all for the relies and information. I may contact a couple of you with questions as I go along. Right now I have removed the trim and panel and have been cleaning them. The rot seems to go a little above the lower panel and I haven't quite figured out how I'm going to proceed. I will say one thing about Lance, what ever the corking they used was still fresh and plyable after 14 years. I was amazed I could but will not used it over in places. I'm thinking of using plybond anyone have any better suggestions. I expect to need more help as I go along. (Monkey I also used to run Nauset Beach years ago before the split opened up)
