Lance Squire 3000: Water System Pump Not Activating?

I was reading your original post and halfway through, "Did you turn the pump on?"

Remember to turn it off, though! It won't stop pumping when it runs out of water because it's pressure-sensitive. High water pressure turns it off, low turns it on. No water, no pressure, pump stupidly keeps trying to pump air to make pressure.
