Lawsuit against Chrysler on 2007 Dodge 6.7l Diesel

My 2007.5 6.7L truck was in the shop monthly for the first 1 1/2 years. Replaced the turbo twice and have had the EGR and heater grid cleaned out multiple times along with many flash updates, CO2 sensors, exhaust wrap and other emission related repairs. However, I now have 72,000 miles on it and the last CEL and related repair was around 40,000 miles. Chrysler gave me a 7 year 100K mile $0 deductible thats covered a few items. Have 1 more year left on that. The past several years have been trouble free.
