Leaking toilet
A couple months ago I noticed a leak on the toilet which I thought was coming from the supply line pipe where it went into the fitting on the toilet. I replaced the fitting with a slip-on type fitting (I can't recall the correct name...maybe shark bite or something like that)and it seemed to fix the problem. Today I noticed the leak again and now I am thinking maybe it is coming from somewhere else on the toilet. Or, maybe I messed up when I replaced the fitting. The toilet is a Thetford with a two-position foot pedal. Push the pedal all the way down and the toilet flushes. Push the pedal about halfway down and it fills the toilet. Could the leak be at the toilet fitting itself and the water is simply flowing down the pipe and making it appear to be the pipe fitting? If so, how do I go about replacing that. Thanks in advance.
