LED strip lighting

I have played with them quite a bit, several different types. Among other things, I removed the tubes from my 5er fixtures and installed strips. I found the best prices to be on ebay. When buying pears, look closely at them to insure they are compatable. Water proof parts are different from non waterproof, single color parts are different from color parts. As I recall, there are two different widths. Dimmers and/or remotes can be separate or part of the light strip. You can cut the strips to the length you want.

For the most part, the tape on the strips suck. Some work okay and others don't. Most hardware stores sell double back tape.
