don't wait for them to call you - call them back. If they say they will call, ask for a time, then call them one minute past the time they said they would be calling you. If the sales mgr at the manufacturer understands your frustration, then there is hope. Tell them they need to come and get it. Don't get mad, but be persistent. In the meantime, check on Lemon Law in your area - try Google. Don't mention this to them just yet - let them try to make you whole. Good luck.
