Lemon Law Advice

Are you sure the LL covers RV's where you are?
In my state they are not :(

I don't think any state allows lemon law on non moterized. Could be wrong though. My advice would be to take it to a competent repair center.

In Ny the limit for a small claims court case is $5,000 so take a shot, they may be willing to fix it to avoid the case.

You did not research to find this out, so you would be best off having someone who will do the work correctly do the job for you. So my advice is to hire a lawyer who will do the work.

Don't expect to get competent legal advice on a public forum. Hire a lawyer if you're serious about pursuing your complaint.

Your wasting your money hiring a attorney, I wasted $500. I tried to sue Monaco corporation after they could not repair our 40 diesel motor coach after 5 trips to the service centers and a two month stay at the factory in Indiana.
You'd be better off in small claims court, there are no appeals. Find out who the CEO is and personally subpoena him.

I agree with James but not only the CEO....service manager, salesman/woman, and tech who last worked on issue. Prove up the five visits and warranty with paperwork (originals for judge & copies for everyone) and have two repair estimates that detail the problem.

You are a newer member as well who's just a bit trite in your response.

To the OP, I personally wouldn't flush the money to pursue lemon law. Can't say because I don't know the whole history or reasons why it doesn't work right, but that could be a long costly road. Hard to know if you got qualified repairers that couldn't fix it or if it's not fixable (like slid or opening is built out of square or something like that).

Either way, I'm certain it's frustrating and wish you luck in getting it fixed.
