Hey all...Finally got a call back from a very responsive service mgr. He said the easiest thing is for them to fix the trailer, the hardest is fixing my husband and my attitude towards them and our skepticism about everything being done correctly. We are drafting our letter with the 18+ issues that have or are currently an issue.
One thing I did find out is that the repair shop whom had our TT from April 3 - May 21st (yes 6 1/2 weeks) never contacted them for a warranty claim repair, thus the Mfr didn't know anything about all of the issues. Was told that the Factory could have picked up, replaced everything from the frame up and had it back to us in 3 1/2 weeks.
