Don't get too worked up about a Lemon Law case. I haven't heard of a State where that would apply to a non-motorized vehicle. If it did they will usually require 3 attempts to fix the SAME problem before they will move ahead with it. Best just to try and work with the manufacturer and try to get all this resolved..
