Good Post Lion, I hope it will be beneficial to a new RV'er. Most do not take the time to research,learn and understand all the tow ratings. Most are excited and just want to hitch and go.
There are experienced RV'ers that don't feel the need to comply with all the towing parameters,many just abide by the parameters that work and ignore the parameters they exceed.
In the end despite what many claim. A combo that is within all of its towing parameters performs better in all conditions vs. a combo that only meets a few parameters.
