Well, here's a few:
Put a hose down the toilet to top off a half full black water tank. Went off to do something else while it filled, completely forgot, came back 10 minutes later to a TT full of sewage.
Had a new TT, frig was full, running on battery, left for a couple of days in the TV, came back to horrible stink from the frige. Never did get all the stink out of the freezer, traded it in.
Failed to put chocks under wheels at a sloping campsite. When TT lifted off of ball, rolled forward with me in between, luckily it hit adjustable hitch that was higher than the ball.
To keep weight down, I always drain hot water tank before hitting the road. Forgot that TT was still hooked up to water, had pressure relief valve open, almost got nailed with plug, did get wet.
Another new TT, opened awning at a casino campground in Las Vegas, blacktopped sites so couldn't anchor awning. Headed to casino, came back, awning up on roof. Found out rogue winds blow thru once in a while even on calm days.
