It's a nice idea but .....There are too many folks from foreign lands that have no idea how to drive a motor vehicle. As per the news today, many have been paying others to take the written portion of the test for them. Those states are now going 'electronic in person'. I guess they are too busy in medical school to take a drivers test.
I nearly ran over a guy who stopped on the expressway in the right lane to crawl under his car for whatever reason.
Besides, I'm too busy keeping an eye on 18 wheelers who crowd my lane when overtaking me. Why do so many semi trucks drift to the right when overtaking.
