I try to drive defensively and that means having courtesy for my fellow drivers and a dose of forgiveness for those that need it. I have seen all the behaviours mentioned here, no merging skills, can't keep a constant speed and plain being oblivious to what is happening around them. It comes down to self preservation. I didn't spend 50 grand on a rig to play bumper cars.
Its also kind of odd that a person needs a motorcycle endorsment to drive one but we RVers don't need a Trailering endorsement to pull a 3 to 8 ton trailer or a huge motorhome.
I go camping to relax and enjoy myself and the journey getting there is part of it. I refuse to let anyone else stress me out and take that away frome me.
And in just about every state the uneducated can plunk a down payment on a boat and head out on the water with no idea what they are doing
