Let's create "National Let 'Em Move Over" day -- but how?

C'mon folks -- do we have to give up so easily? Think about littering. In the old days, everyone threw trash out the window of the car. Now, it is much rarer. The culture changed because enough folks decided to behave differently.

If enough of us were to set a sufficiently-visible example, the unwritten rules would slowly change.

Maybe I should see if NHTSA or someone like that wants to sponsor a campaign, the way they did for seat belts?
