BTW Forest River tech support is fantastic for 99.9% of us. I can call them and still have parts In a week for my 9 year old river.
I asked the same question on the other post. I then looked up the unit the OP has and saw that it is a hard wall pop up and I think the OP is asking about raising the top and the walls and then closing it all up later. I am not familiar with them, but there must be some way to adjust tension on them. My best guess would be to contact the manufacturer. JMO
