Light Switch above sink and stove
We just purchased a 1992 Chateau privately. We are coming from a pop-up camper so don't know all the ins and out yet.. Inside of the camper there is a single black switch that turns red when flipped....

I would say water heater. Our heater has the switch that turns red when you flip it on. Our pump is on the same panel as the blk/grey/fresh water levels.
You should have a pump and a heater switch. If you can please take pics of all this type of switch and panel and it may help figure things out for you.
