What you've experienced is not the norm like some say. I've had 3 trailers so far and have not had 1/4 the problems you've had with all 3 trailers combined. And that's 3 different brands.
JMO but CW is not the best for service. There's a few brands/models I will avoid and a few dealers I will avoid. CW is one. Maybe CW gets a bad rap, since they're a huge multi state business. Unlike single dealerships in a lot of towns.
I've always thought Jayco to be one of the better brands, at least in the mid to upper end of their models. So it's surprising to hear of all your problems.
You're probably going to take a huge loss if you trade in on another TT and there's no guaranty that it will be built better. But chances are it will be. I would take the loss and go somewhere else besides CW, which I'm sure you will, and get a different TT.
