I would have NEVER allowed CW to remove a front cap/wall and repair. In reading your post and your track record with them on minor repairs that should have been a red flag to not allow them to make such a complex repair. My gosh, they could not fix a leak in the shower! A wall/cap replacement while in warranty IMO should only be done in the factory. I would have towed it there and they would have gladly accepted it. There are many qualified shops that can make a repair like this and Jayco would have most likely allowed you to use a shop outside of their dealer network and it is done all the time. At a minimum that should have been a route to consider if not the factory. Many good folks here could have helped you if you chimed in earlier in the game. Jayco IMO is a great company to deal with, your problem is you were working with CW.
