The OP has one post on this Forum and this is it.
It sounds to me like he went into this purchase with many false expectations. The fact that the selling dealer is 6 hours from his home only exacerbated any warranty issues. Of course, he is not entitled to any compensation.
I cringe every time I hear someone that sells something to another with a known defect that is somewhat hidden. They are basically thinking, "HA,ha I got one over on you, it's your problem now". There isn't anything lower, IME.
I hope post #2 isn't more of the same with their new rig.
