Lightest Hardside for 6.5' bed????

I grappled with this same question a couple years ago since I, too, have an F-250. While I really liked the Northstar 8.5 Arrow, the holding tanks were too small for my liking. I liked the Lance 825, too, but I wasn't impressed with the amount of storage and size of the wet bath. I got most everything I was looking for with my Wolf Creek 850. Lots of storage inside and out, nice size wet bath, and large holding tanks (36 gallons fresh w/water heater, 22 gallons Gray, and 20 gallons Black).

Panther campers are made in WA. They offer several models with the lightest weighing less than 1000 pounds.

I looked at one and it had something like a 26 gal tank plus the hot water heater so it was over 30.

You might want to weigh it, my Laredo is over 2400 lbs. On the truck, GMC, the rig weighs just at 9200 lbs with one person in it. Has an AC. NS makes something called a Freedom, check their website.

We have a 2006 short bed quad cab Cummins TD and just bought a Travel Lite 770R. LOVE IT! 1,480 wet weight. It has a shower.

We had a 1989 Sunline C750 that weighed approx. 1,200 wet, but no shower.

Our Arctic Fox 811 has great capacities, but is probably the heaviest short bed camper produced. Even with the larger tanks, we have additional capacity in the enclosed trailer with two 42 gallon fresh and a 30 gallon gray tanks when we do extended dry camp trips.

Depends where you are doing it. My personal gray water is drinking water with soap in it . Probably cleaner than than the rain water dripping off my camper onto the ground. I only dump gray water when i ask permission to do so. If its not going to bother anyone, like in the middle of knowhere. If other people are around and might see me dumping or might be offended by it, i dont do it .
If i should happen to go to a private CG, i'll get a sewer site.
