If you want an inside shower you are probably wanting at least 30 gal of fresh water storage and adequate gray. I did this recently, but with the requirement that the TC had to have at least 30 gal of fresh water storage and reasonable gray. The Lance 825 has 30 gals of fresh but only 11 gal of grey which is not really adequate. It's the obvious light-weight winner at 1726 lbs dry though.
The Lance 865 is a great choice at 1818 lbs dry, 30 gal fresh, and 14 gray. The Lance 845 is the older version of the 865 with similar tank capacities but is 300 lbs heavier. It was made from 1999-2009 and could save you some money buying used. The Wolf Creek 850 has better tank capacities at 33 fresh, 19 gray, and weighs 2008 lbs dry. The Northstar 8.5 Arrow is in there with 30 fresh, 13 gray and only 1970 lbs, but it has that cassette toilet which is a deal-breaker for me.
The 1996-1998 Lance 185S or 186 are cheap used at about 1861 lbs dry, 30 gal fresh, and 11 gray.
The heaviest choice but with huge tank capacities is the Adventurer 86FB. 2205 lbs dry, 42 gal fresh, 31 gray. The one problem I have with it is that the cabover has only one window, which is a dealbreaker for me. Looks bad from the outside.
I didn't really find anything else that had adequate tank capacities, but there may be other choices that I missed.
