I have seen this cracking in brand new campers, still on the lot! What the dealer did... order new lino from factory (warranty), and hired an installer to cut entire area out, to cabinets edge. He then installed the new linoleum, and added 1/4 round on all edges. It looked factory, and no one would notice.
