I would not want to use it for that as you would have to take the hose through the camper before and after dumping. There are better places to store the hose.
Yes, but that is what the plastic bag would be for. Where else is there? The one outside compartment at the back can only hold so much. I have seen where a guy put a long 4" sewer pipe capped at each end along under the overhang either side. That could hold a 3" I guess. He made his into an extra water tank.
