Based on this statement, I would run quickly away from this dealer. They must have idiots working for them if they put the trailer away with that much "snow" trapped on it. I would not believe a word they told me.
We had a HTT before upgrading to our TT this past year and loved it. We really had very few problems with it but to put the bunk ends in with snow on them would have been stupid. It takes a lot of snow to make 3-4 gallons of water so it sounds like they didn't even brush any off before putting the bunk up.
