I did a quick Craigslist search for Phoenix and found a 99 like mine with 88K miles for less than $6K. Very lows miles for a truck that old. Apparently all the old K2500's are out on the west coast!
Yes I've been pleasantly surprised at how many big block/4x4/2500 Sub/Yukons are out there; I am going to search and see if I can find the one you've referenced. There's a guy in Tucson (<2hr away) with an 02 LT 8.1L 4x4 that looks really nice; he wants $6000 but it's got 170k miles (which doesn't scare me per se, but of course I'd love a lower number).
