Does Camplite offer an insulated floor?
As an option, I believe they do.

Are all you tanks outside or is the fresh located interior? Can you see the framing outlines when it's cold outside and warm inside?
The tanks are under the floor (as far as I know). I've looked everywhere else & didn't see them.
When I had condensation, the wall over the aluminum framing condensed first. It only happened when it was below zero & I was warming it up. Once warmed up & vented, the condensation went away.

I was looking at the 16' CL16DB with a tip out bunk and dinette. The best I could get the local dealer down to was about $17,400...
That sounds better than what I did.

I bought my 238 which is significantly larger (almost 8') and better equipped...for about $4000.00 less.
They are more costly than other trailers. Half the price of Airstream though. :)

I know there is some value to having a ALL aluminum trailer in the longevity factor and frankly, I'm still a fan of their engineering and designs...
I'm hoping that plays out in my case. If not, I spent too much money.

Good luck with your camplite. I'm sure it will provide years of fun and you will be able to modify it as you desire to make it your own.
All I need is a TIG welder and some welding lessons. :)

How about the reverse temperature conditions? What kind of condensation issues on a hot moist Florida summer night with the AC cranking could one expect?
No idea. Would the condensation occur on the outside in that situation?
