Since you have a DRW, 3250 x 4 = 13,000 lbs of tire capacity on the rear axle and 3250 x 2 = 6500 lbs on the front axle. Most likely your door sticker has 9000 lb RAWR and it uses the 10.5 Sterling axle rated at 9750 lbs and 5200-6000 lb FAWR even though it is Dana 60 rated at 7350 lbs. Swing back by the scales and measure just the front and rear axles by themselves on the weigh scale. With your current components, you cannot go over 6500 lbs on the front and 9750 lbs on the rear. It may still wallow and sag under that weight maximum without suspension aids, but the axles and tires should hold those weights. The difference between your actual weight on the axle and component limits will tell you what you can carry.
