I agree with most, the pin weight was 99% on the drive axle.
This is exactly my plan if I'm pushing things. The Fuzions we are looking at get us really close to 7000 lbs. or slightly over. One we weighed was 3100 lbs.. I'm just over 4000 lbs. on the rear axle full of fuel. For that, we'd surely run half a tank or less.
But the XLRs are much better on paper. Pin weight of a 420 is around 2600 lbs.. That's a good start but the Sherline will be the big test.
