I use a collapsible dock cart from West Marine that I had from my liveaboard days. I put trailer items(clothes and leftover food, laptop and reading material) into cloth shopping bags, and pile up the bags in the dock cart. Since I am single and have a bad back, this method works great with a minimum of trips to and from the house.
