loading and unloading supplies

I put things in plastic storage containers and then step on a scale as I go out the door to weigh the contents. This gives me a very accurate idea of how much I have loaded. (I have never gotten anywhere near the max and usually only load less than 400 lbs of stuff...)

I keep my trailer empty as I dont use it for quick weekend trips but only for much longer multi thousand mile jaunts. Soon I will pack it up and head out for good.
