IF you have a vague idea of where the freshwater holding tank is, where do you think it is ?
Isn't it under the step ?
The 1050s shows the water fill door on the outside drivers side Towards the front of the camper.
The water tanks are never too far from that fill door and vent .
Seeing your floorplan, I would think the tank is under that step to the cabover.
You should not have to tear things apart . The lid unscrews if you pick thru the carpet covering the step .
Remove a few screws and see if the tank is there. I do not think there is any other place it could be in that floorplan. They are usually installed in a place where they are kept warm by interior cabin heat.
